Alcohol & Drug Awareness Program

The Thunderbird Friendship Centre’s Drug and Alcohol Program is in place to assist both indigenous and non-indigenous individuals who are seeking assistance in addressing drug and alcohol consumption concerns. Services are provided to individuals whose substance use may cause or has caused them to become in conflict with the law. The program provides a wide range of support such as locating resources in the community, assisting individuals with the process of finding and getting into detox and treatment centres, this includes completing GAINS assessments prior to attending treatment. Anger management programing is also available to those in need. The ADAP program is available across Greenstone to anyone and everyone looking for support.
